Complete the following tasks to unlock the corresponding achievement. To view your 
achievements and stats in Steam, select "Community", then "My profile", then "View
all my games", then the game and view stats.

Achievement             How to unlock

A Fistful of Dollars  - Earn 15,000 dollars.
A Taste of Blood      - Kill 150 enemies.
BFFs                  - Play Co-Op mode for 5 minutes.
Bombing Run           - Destroy 5 ground enemies with your aircraft.
Don't get close       - Melee kill 10 enemies.
Fully Upgraded        - Upgrade all weapons.
Hardcore              - Complete the game on hardcore difficulty.
Invincible            - Complete a vehicle minigame without getting hit.
It's done             - Complete the game on any difficulty.
Old Friends           - Meet Delgado for the first time.
Pieces of You         - Kill 6 enemies with a single grenade.
Some Like it Hot      - Kill 20 enemies with grenades.
Starting a collection - Find 5 collectables.
Survivalist           - Complete any mission without dying.
The Collector         - Find all the collectables.
The Specialist        - Use all special ammo and weapons.
Unpopular             - Kill 3,000 enemies in total.
Upgrade               - Upgrade a weapon.
Warm up               - Complete Mission 01.
