After pressing the (by default) tilde or backquote key to open the console, 
type "sv_cheats 1" (without quotations) to turn on cheats, replace the 1 
with a 0 turn off cheats. If you are in an active round while you do this,
you will have to restart that level. 

Code          Effect
--------------------------------------------------------
sv_cheats # - Turns cheats on or off.
god         - Gives the player godmode.
noclip      - Gives the player the ability to fly through walls.
kill        - Kills the player in 5 seconds.
notarget    - Makes the bots ignore the player.



Steam achievements:

Complete the following tasks to unlock the corresponding achievement. 
To view your achievements and stats in Steam, select "Community", then
"My profile", then "View all my games", then the game and view stats.

Achievement     How to unlock
-------------------------------------------------------------
CTF Champion  - Use a CTF Dynamic Mutator to aid your team!
Dynamic       - Use 25 Dynamic Mutators in a match.
Globe Trotter - Played a match on every map.
In Your Face  - 25 headshots.
KillFonic     - Kill a member of IllFonic or someone who has already 
                won this trophy.
Medal Master  - Awarded 50 unique medals.
Mister Melee  - Killed 3 in a row using melee attacks.
Mutate        - Max out medium cost mutator.
RTFM          - You read the manual.
Rule Changer  - Use a dynamic mutator for the first time.
Top Dog       - Won your first game online.
Trained       - Taken bot training.
