First-person gameplay mode:

On the difficulty selection screen, hold Right for 5 seconds and DEATH
difficulty will change into "REALLYDAD". This mode is distinctly separate
from the main game and plays as a first-person shooter.
It contains multiple fights and a unique boss battle, and clearing it
will display a special ending screen.
