Create any building and let it fully complete. Click the pause
for game speed then sell the building. It will not be deleted 
until you continue game play. You can do it as many times as 
desired. You will usually get about $12,500 depending on the 
building. 
Note: This will sometimes causes your Security level to drop. 
Also, you will not get the money by doing it with guard towers.
