You can unlock the extra equipment and game modes indicated 
below by satisfying the corresponding requirements.

Hard Mode              - Finish the game with either character.
Real Survival Mode     - Finish the game with either character.
Invisible Enemies Mode - Finish the game with any character on Hard mode.
Army Jill costume      - Finish the game as Jill.
Casual Jill costume    - Finish the game twice as Jill 
                         (select the Once Again option).
Casual Chris costume   - Finish the game as Chris.
S.T.A.R.S. 2 costume   - Finish the game twice as Chris 
                         (select the Once Again option).
