Easy "Funny Man" achievement:
-----------------------------
Read all three jokes on the left side of the toilet in the cabin to 
get the "Funny Man" achievement.


Easy "The Perfect Escapist" achievement:
----------------------------------------
Save the game near the end, before completing it for the first time. 
Successfully complete the game, then reload that saved game file. Complete
the game again, and watch the ending sequence to get "The Perfect Escapist"
achievement.


Easy "The Piper" achievement:
-----------------------------
Find the rat under the cupboard in the locked room. Use the "Look At Tool"
multiple times on the rat to talk to it and get "The Piper" achievement.
