Unlock All Milestones (one session only):

Entering the Konami code at the Milestones screen (up up down down left 
right left right B A Start) will unlock every milestone for that session 
only. This means that until you close the game again, you will have access
to everything unlocked through the milestone system. Note that if using a 
controller, this must be done with the dpad as opposed to the joystick. 

If you back out of the menu instead upon pressing B, the code did not work, 
and you will have to try again. If the code works, a sound effect will 
play, and a message will appear that reads "All milestone rewards have 
been unlocked for this game session."
