How to Leave the Starting Area:

Progressing beyond the tutorial.

-=How to Travel to the New Area=-
In the tutorial you have to destroy a skeleton base, all you have to do 
is shoot it with your cannons and when the number in the top right reaches 0 
it will be done and the safe will open.

In the safe you get a map fragment which reveals a new area much further 
north, and when you try to travel to it it says there is no available route 
to destination.

It’s not very well explained but the world map is just a fast travel map 
between places you have been, you can simply sail to undiscovered areas by 
going north.

All you have to do is sail north from where you are.

You can reveal more locations on the map by picking up new map fragments, 
which can drop from crates on island or the vaults in skull bases, and if 
it is close enough on the world map you will be able to fast travel.




How to Get and Use Lumenade:

After going to Lichlett and talking the scientist he will tell you to go to 
Tidesway Beaches and he mentions the lighthouse keeper.

Go to the lighthouse there and when night falls speak to the lighthouse keeper, 
pick the first dialogue option and give him some Ancient Junk. It will show up 
as a completely black item in your cargo inventory.

Ancient junk can be found in the vault at Skull Forts.

Lighthouse keepers will give you lumenade for every piece of ancient junk you 
give them.

-=How to Use Lumenade=-
Once you get some Lumenade you can take it to the Scientist wherever he appears, 
like Tidesway Beaches.

Talk to him and the Research menu will come up, where you can spend your lumenade 
to unlock new blueprints which can be built at the Shipshape Shop Merchant.
