You have to first unlock the New York location. Then in the New youk Location, 
complete ALL challenges! (you don't need to do so for the previous locations). 
You should then finish the game and you will have unlimited money and your 
skaters will always be happy! (you'll never have to place food or drink stalls
or restrooms) Does not include previously saved files (unless started with this)
or world tour mode. WARNING: You canNOT turn this off. 
You'll have to make a new profile to start the game normally.
