Sonic CD — Passwords

Level Select

------------
At the title screen, it says "Start game". Don't press enter. 

Instead, press Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, and Jump. It will take you to the
level select. There you'll see two numbers and a letter. The first number 
represents which zone. (e.g. Palmtree Panic, Collision Chaos). The second number
represents wehich act, like 1, 2 or 3. 
The letter represents time: A=Present B=Past C=Good Future D=Bad Future.

Programmer menus

-----------------
Use a text editor to edit the "sonic.ini" file in the "windows" directory. 
Add the following line to the file: 

[Secret]
User=Debugger 

Start up the game and two new menus will appear. The "Stage" menu will allow any
stage (including Special Stage 8) to be selected. The "FUNC" menu has the ability
to turn on debug mode, turn off the special stage timer, record and play a demo, 
and uncheck the MMTimer option to place the game in turbo mode.

Special level Tip I

--------------------
Enter the sound test screen, and enter 7 in all the boxes. Play that sound and a 
secret level will appear. 

Special level Tip II

---------------------
Finish any level with 50 or more rings. At the end of that level, there should be
a big ring. Jump into it for a Special Stage. 

Special level Tip III

----------------------
Successfully complete all seven rounds, then in time attack, get a total of 37:00 
or lower. You can access the special stages by pressing [Left] at the time attack 
screen.

Alternate ending

-----------------
Get all the Time Stones in the special stages and get all good futures in all of 
the rounds. You will access a different ending when you complete the game.

Sound Test and More

At the title screen, press Down, Down, Down, Left, Right, Space to call up a Sound 
Test menu. Special things will happen if you select the following sound combinations 
and press Start.

Special Stage

Enter the Sound Test screen, and enter 7's in all the boxes. When you play that 
sound a secret stage will appear.

Designers High Scores

To view the designers high scores, press Right, Right, Up, Up, Down, Space at the 
title screen.

Loose a life without dying

---------------------------
To loose a life with out dying first do nothing for 3 minutes or something and sonic
will say im outta here and u automaticly die.

Extra Movie

------------
A ending movie (similar to the opening one) can be unlocked and viewed by beating 
Metallic Madness.
