solves the problem here and now, only for PC.

Good afternoon, there is a problem in the game that everyone is sinning for, 
and I found a temporary solution on the Internet.

Works only on PC.
Opening the next path:

%AppData%\Local\SMTS\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
We find a file there and open it:

Engine.ini
And add at the very end

[SystemSettings]
r.MotionBlurQuality=0
r.MotionBlur.Max=0
r.DefaultFeature.MotionBlur=0
Save and try.


Yes, there is a small defect, you will have small waves from the main hero 
and his weapons, but this is not as scary as a headache.
