Guide to Fish:

You leave the bobber in the water until it goes under (there
will be a black shadow) you hit L.Shift to hook the fish, then
a minigame opens.
The minigame you need to point the hook towards where the fish
is, then hit L.Shift to fill the catch bar. IMO the minigame is
prohibitively hard with keyboard, as you are asked to use WASD
to get it to go to diagonal positions.
