So, when you open up the game you will see a wrench at the corner, 
so you might want to click on it.

Settings will appear by the way.

Codes have to be all capitals:

* Use the code PUMPKIN to skip to Room 250.
* Use the code CHEESE to skip to Room 500.
* Use the code CAKE to skip to Room 750.
