Tips for Power Cells and Fuel:

First thing’s first go look in the bunk area of the truck. There are 3 
openable crates, one contains 3 power cells, on the shelves there are 
others, you’re going to want to store them inside the containers for 
protection should you let gravity fail. Also make sure to store all the 
circuit board things, as their hp values are vital to their usage.

* There are power cells in the living area should be about 5 of them 
  and more if you look around.
* Fuel can also be bought at the station in the main area so its not a  
  huge deal.
* If you can’t get to a fuel station, emergency refueling may involve 
  going outside.
