Jinxes:

Jinxes can be unlocked by collecting Grimoire Pages by playing Survival Mode
in Hardcore. The deeper you get, the more pages you'll attain per run. Pages
attained are cumulative, and are not spent when new Jinxes are unlocked.

Unlockable                                          How to Unlock
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chest Roulette - Chests appear more often, 
but sometimes contain bombs.                      - Collect 180 Grimoire Pages.
Combo Crusher - Whenever you take damage, 
lose your entire combo meter.                     - Collect 15 Grimoire Pages.
Heart Breaker - Take a full heart of damage 
from all sources.                                 - Collect 140 Grimoire Pages.
Poisoned - Lose health over time.                 - Collect 5 Grimoire Pages.
Shenanigans Forever - Every room is affected 
by a modifier. Even bosses.                       - Collect 60 Grimoire Pages.
Stack Overflow - Pick up the same weapon 
you're already holding to gain additional 
stacks of damage.                                 - Collect 35 Grimoire Pages.
Sudden Death - If your combo ever reaches 
zero... you die.                                  - Collect 250 Grimoire Pages.
