Getting the Locker Gun Early:
-----------------------------

This is straightforward. There’s a unique SMG in a locker that needs Lockpicking 
level 11. The gun is called Rookie’s Reward and you need it for an achievement. 
You can get it early with this simple method, then level it up and add modifications
for an easy achievement.

-=Location and Timing=-
You can do this right after finishing the tutorial. While you're still on your ship 
(if you leave, just go back), go to the locker room area.

Turn right and enter the room with all the lockers. Look for the gun locker on the 
right wall. Walk up to it and you’ll see it.

-=How to Open It Without High Lockpicking=-
To open this locker without spending time leveling up, turn around and look at the 
corner near the workbench on the right.

* Jump over the crates and find a power switch.
* Flip the switch and the locker will be accessible. Now you can get the gun.
* Make sure to fully upgrade it and level it up for the achievement.
* Achievement: Maximum Gun "Fully leveled-up Rookie’s Reward. Find the Rookie’s Reward 
  weapon early in the game and invest all available upgrades into it until it’s maxed 
  out."
