Secret Level 0:
---------------
Press "M" anywhere, and then click "yes" twice in the prompt that appears, 
to warp to a secret level, which is shown as Level 0 on the highscore 
leaderboard.


Warp Codes:
-----------
Passwords let you jump to the start of a level. You can enter them in the 
center door in the first room of level 1. The specific warp codes for level
4 and level 5 can also be entered at their doors in the main hub area.

Warp to Level 2 - 40 NEWTONS
Warp to Level 3 - MAGNETIC
Warp to Level 4 - ELECTRIC
Warp to Level 5 - WILDWAY
