Watch Out for Secrets in Every Corner:
--------------------------------------
There are various secret areas that contain a bit of extra loot, and
if you are the type who likes exploring every nook and cranny of the
map, just know that your efforts will be rewarded in some capacity.
If you come across a suspicious looking corridor or wall, then consider
looking around the area. It is very likely that this is a secret passage
that you can access after activating some object nearby. Break through
some obstacles if you find any, as you just might find an interactable
object that acts as a switch.
These are going to be hilariously obvious in the current version of the
game, as you are technically only in the introductory stages of what
will be the full game around a year from now. Keep this tip on the back
of your mind as new secrets may be harder to find in future updates.
Sort Your Inventory, And Sell Items Often:
------------------------------------------
Part of venturing out in an ARPG title is the expectation that you'll
be coming across your fair share of assorted loot, and this is definitely
true here in Titan Quest 2. Though each reward typically only drops one
or two items as best, you'll still find your inventory filling up quite
quickly as you progress through the game. Be sure you're consistently
looking to compare your current gear with items you found, to make sure
you've always got the very best gear possible between stops in settlements
where you can opt to buy better gear for cash from merchants.
Check Your Map Frequently:
--------------------------
If you are trying to complete all of the quests that you run into, make
sure to check your map frequently. This is because the quest log is
directly tied to this menu, and there are two different types that you
can do.
Fated Quests are essentially just a fancy way to refer to the main
storyline, so make sure to do those quests if you want to progress through
the actual narrative. World Quests, on the other hand, are the side
activities that are often inconsequential in the grand scheme of things.
In this menu, you can also toggle between active and completed quests,
allowing you to keep track of what you have not finished yet or check
what you have done in previously completed ones, just in case you needed
a refresher.
