Press T to open chat. 
Use the /loadout to give you lots of weapons and weapon mods. 
Click the mod item and drop it on the weapon to apply it.
 
Code                   Effect

/money [amount]      - Gives you cash.
/exp [amount]        - Gives you experience points.
/credits [amount]    - Gives you credits.
/reputation [amount] - Sets your reputation.
Use /notoriety [val] - to trigger the police. 
                       /notoriety 0 to get rid of them.
/fly                 - to activate Fly Mode. 
                       (Hold Left Ctrl to move faster while in fly mode.
