How to Unlock the Secret Ending:

The ultimate goal in Yooka-Laylee and the Impossible Lair is to defeat the 
villainous Capital B. That being said, you will get different endings depending
on how you decide to go about fighting the boss.

In order to earn the secret ending within Yooka-Laylee and the Impossible Lair, 
you are going to have to avoid all of the bees within the game.

Once the game begins and you make your way through the title’s brief introduction, 
you can go ahead and enter the Impossible Lair and face off against Capital B. Of 
course, you can also traverse through the game’s many levels before doing so.
 
If you choose to venture through the game’s many levels, then you will get a 
chance to collect bees. These fluttering bugs will help keep you alive once you 
make your way to the Impossible Lair.

In order to unlock the secret ending, then you will have to ignore all of these 
levels and dart stray for the Impossible Lair. With no bees by your side, however,
the treacherous journey is going to be brutally difficult. Still, you will earn a 
special medal and an achievement for completing this difficult task.
