How to Complete the Farmhouse (Nightmare Mode):
-----------------------------------------------

First off i heavily reccomend using the perk “Fully Charge” which gives 
you 20 seconds of free usage of UV after using a battery.

* After Spawning jump over the fence and turn right you will see about 
  3-4 hay’s.

* Take one and head to the altar.

* When you arrive at the altar you will need to collect the gas cans 
  you will see one at the front of the house.

* One next to the cage key, and one at the box on top of a box in the 
  path to altar.Collect every single hay on the outside.

* After you collect all the hay’s unlock the cage key, get the basement
  key and wake up the Anna.

* Collect gas cans while you are searching for keys, you will need 7 
  because you already found 3 at the beggining.

* If you find Battery’s just put them on the middle of different corridors 
  and rooms it will be easier to find.

* After you collect all the enough resources you can start burning goats.

Guide to Basic Strategies (with Tips):

This guide will provide some basic strategies to aid in beating the game.

-=Item Stacking=-
This is one of the most important concepts, especially when engaging in 
nightmare mode. Items appear scattered all throughout the map and it is in 
your best interest to gather each of the items into a particular area. Gather
a good amount of fuels and drop them near the goat altar. Gather the hay and 
place it outside in an area of your choice. Med-kits can also be gathered in 
an area of your choice…my personal favorite area is stacking all the med-kids 
inside the house in the “TV Room”. I don’t think it’s really called that, but 
it’s the room with the television that has a blue screen and makes a slight 
noise. I often hide here during her rage fits and have never had her run into
the room with the door closed!

Please note that it’s best to stack items before you have any goat sacrificed. 
Otherwise she will be running around too crazily.

-=Early game=-
Stun her with the UV if she is running at you…this is not necessary though, 
as sprinting will keep you out of her reach. To refrain from losing all stamina, 
I usually take my finger off the shift key for a half second before pressing 
it again to continue my running. I have managed to stay out of her reach for 
very long periods of time. If I feel she is too close I run in the TV Room 
and close the door.

-=Mid-game=-
Essentially the same as before, but I get paranoid faster and only run about 
ONE LAP around the house before hiding in the TV Room.

Side note: The TV room can be found entering through the back porch door 
behind the house, I believe it is the first door to the right from there.

-=Late-game=-
This runs fast. She will probably catch you if you try to kite (she almost 
certainly will catch you) so it’s best to be hide from room to room. Having 
friends to play with *cough* sacrifice is good here, as it gives you some 
time to hunt down goats as they get dragged away. Just keep an eye on how
many med-kits you have left!

-=Multi-sacrifice=-
At the beginning of the game this may be useful, but it has a stronger 
impact if used mid-game. When you have a party of four people, ensure that 
two or three of them grab goats and sacrifice them all at the same time. 
This way you technically spend less time in that specific rage state…going 
from 6/10 goats rage state immediately to 9/10 goats instead of doing them 
all separately. This increases chances for survival.

-=Floor demons=-
With the multi-sacrifice tip I just provided, spawns a small issue. Each 
time you burn a goat it spawns demons, thus burning threee goats in a run 
spawns quite a few. Just be careful and go through and burn them all before 
grabbing more goats (: otherwise they’ll grab you and kill your ass, 
especially if you’re trying to run away!




Farmhouse Rose Locations:

This guide will show you the location of all 25 roses in the Farmhouse map in Devour.

-=Rose Locations=-
There are 25 collectible roses on the Farmhouse map, here are their locations:

* After jumping the fence in the beginning of the map, turn left. The rose will 
  be next to a pile of tires.
* When walking to the ritual area, there is a rusty fence. Go through the fence, 
  turn right, and it will be up against the fence.
* Found in an area behind one of the pillars in the ritual area.
* Search the shelf on the right when entering the basement.
* Look in the billiards room in the basement. It will be on the shelf with a clock.
* In the main entrance of the house (Front door), it will be on the table with a 
  lot of plants.
* In the room left of the main entrance with the bookshelves, there is a rose on 
  the desk.
* Check the top of the right shelf in the TV room.
* In the library (Big red room), check behind the stairs, there is a rose on one 
  of the dressers.
* Go upstairs in the library, turn right twice, and open the white door. Across 
  from the white door is a dresser with an open drawer, there is a rose in it.
* Check beneath the tables stacked on top of each other next to the stairs leading 
  up to the attic.
* After getting rose 11, look behind you and open the door. You should see a rose 
  inside a vase.
* In the attic, look inside the wagon.
* Check inside the fridge in the kitchen.
* Enter the dining room to find a rose in the vase on one of the tables.
* In the dining room, there is a white cabinet with one door open, there is 
  another rose inside.
* Look on the shelf next to the bed in the children’s bedroom.
* Search the shelf with the globe in the playroom. There should be a vase with 
  a rose there.
* Check the trashcan in the reading room.
* Look behind the chair in the office.
* There is a pot by the entrance to the basement. There is one there.
* There’s one more in the front yard, hidden in the corner right from the 
  house’s entrance.
* You can find another next to a sink in the Master’s bedroom.
* Search under the bed in the Master’s bedroom.
* Climb one of the hills behind the pillars near the ritual site.



How to Beat Molly:
------------------

Molly is one of the most challenging aspects of the game. Her relentless pursuit 
and creepy appearance make her a formidable adversary that keeps players on edge.

Molly’s presence adds to the overall tension and fear in Devour. Her sudden 
appearances and relentless pursuit create a sense of dread and urgency that 
defines the horror experience in the game.

Molly contributes to the immersive horror experience in Devour. The game’s dark 
atmosphere, unsettling sound design, and her presence make for a spine-tingling 
and adrenaline-pumping experience.

Overall, Molly is a significant element in Devour’s gameplay, contributing to the 
horror, challenge, and the need for coordinated efforts among players to survive 
and succeed in the game.

-=Some Tips to Help You Beat Molly=-
* Prioritize Exorcisms: Just like with other possessed cult members, your main 
  goal with Molly is to exorcise her. Locate ritual items and use them to weaken
  her and eventually perform an exorcism.
* Communication is Key: Make sure you communicate with your team effectively. 
  Share information about Molly’s location and coordinate your efforts to exorcise 
  her. Voice chat can be very useful for real-time communication.
* Stay Calm: Devour is a horror game, and Molly can be terrifying, but staying 
  calm is crucial. Panic can lead to mistakes and poor decision-making.
* Use Flashlights and Medkits Wisely: Flashlights are essential for locating 
  ritual items and identifying possessed cult members, including Molly. Use your
  flashlight wisely to conserve battery life. Medkits should be used to heal 
  your teammates when they’re injured.
* Lure Molly Away: If Molly is chasing you or your teammates, consider luring 
  her away from the ritual sites to buy time for your team to perform exorcisms. 
  Make noise or use a flashlight to get her attention and lead her away.
* Stick Together: In most cases, it’s safer to stay with your teammates. Molly 
  can be very dangerous when faced alone, so having backup is essential.
* Resource Management: Be mindful of your resources, including flashlights and 
  medkits. Don’t waste them unnecessarily, and ensure you have what you need  
  for exorcisms and protection.
* Plan Escape Routes: Always have an escape plan in mind and ensure your teammates 
  are aware of it. Molly can make the game very challenging, and knowing how to 
  escape when needed is crucial.
* Kite Molly: If necessary, you can kite Molly around obstacles to avoid getting 
  caught. Running in a strategic manner while avoiding her attacks can buy you 
  time.
* Learn the Maps: Familiarize yourself with the game’s maps and the locations of 
  ritual items, medkits, and other useful items. This knowledge will help you 
  work more efficiently.
