console should pop up so you can enter these cheats:

race         - lets you drive around town
heads        - gives people big heads
puke         - makes the casino dirty*
pukemore     - lots of puke!*
ufo          - ufo attack! 
godzilla     - giant lizard attacks!


* Best used while you are in an opponents building!
