Complete the following tasks to unlock the corresponding achievement. 
To view your achievements and stats in Steam, select "Community", then
"My profile", then "View all my games", then the game and view stats.

Achievement               How to unlock
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Best of the Best        - Promote all workers to their maximum position.
For a Million Dollar    - Gather a total score of 1000000.
Fortune Finder          - Find all hidden treasures in one region.
Industrial Revolution   - Promote each worker at least once.
Loyal Assistant         - Complete all 40 levels.
Proud Mayor             - Complete all 40 levels within the time limit 
                          in Normal Mode.
Student                 - Complete the Tutorial.
Treasure Hunter         - Find all 40 hidden treasures.
Wild West Legend        - Complete all 40 levels within the time limit 
                          in Extreme Mode.
