important, depending on your situation at the end of the last turn.
A lucky round as the Romans is best served by taking the Guptas, 
Goths, or Huns in Epoch IV and going before your previous gains 
are consumed.

When you get Spain or Portugal, don't forget Africa's resource 
territories.
